Terms of Use
1. Scope
These Terms of Use apply to the use of the platform SupStaq, operated by KIkeriKI UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Töpfergasse 41, 74343 Sachsenheim, Germany (hereinafter "Provider").
By registering or using SupStaq, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Description of Service
SupStaq is an AI-powered information platform that provides a structured knowledge base on dietary supplements, peptides, and related substances. The service includes:
- Knowledge Base: Scientifically curated substance profiles with a dual scoring system (Medical Score and Community Score), partly AI-generated and editorially reviewed
- Stack Builder: Tool for compiling and managing a personal supplement selection with automatic interaction checking
- Blood Value Recording: Manual entry and management of laboratory values with goal-based recommendations
- AI-Powered Recommendations: Personalized analyses and recommendations based on user profile, health goals, blood values, and stack composition
- Profile Settings: Management of personal health data and preferences
3. Use of Artificial Intelligence
3.1 AI in Content Creation
The knowledge base of SupStaq is partly created with the support of AI systems (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini). The AI systems research, structure, and summarize scientific publications and community experience reports. All AI-generated substance profiles undergo automated quality assurance (schema validation, source verification, review pipeline) and are spot-checked by humans.
3.2 AI in Recommendations and Analyses
SupStaq generates personalized recommendations and analyses based on your provided data. These include:
- Blood value recommendations: Which laboratory values should be tested based on your health goals
- Interaction checking: Automatic analysis of possible interactions between substances in your stack
- Stack analysis (planned, Premium): AI-powered analysis of your stack for gaps, redundancies, and missing cofactors
- Personalized substance recommendations (planned, Premium): Recommendations based on your profile and blood values
3.3 Limitations of AI
The user acknowledges and accepts:
- AI-generated content may contain errors. Despite automated quality assurance and human spot-checking, AI systems may produce incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information.
- AI recommendations are not medical diagnoses. All recommendations are non-binding information offers and not medical advice.
- AI ratings are not guarantees. The scores (Medical Score, Community Score) represent a structured summary and not a scientific assessment in the clinical sense.
- The absence of a warning does not mean safety. If the AI does not display an interaction, side effect, or contraindication, this does not mean none exists. The knowledge base does not claim completeness.
3.4 No Automated Decision-Making
The AI recommendations provided by SupStaq do not constitute an automated individual decision within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. All recommendations are non-binding. All decisions regarding the intake, dosage, or combination of substances are made independently by the user and at their own responsibility.
4. Medical Disclaimer
SupStaq is not a medical product and does not provide medical advice — neither through human nor AI-generated content.
The information and AI recommendations provided on the platform:
- Serve exclusively for general information and education
- In no case replace professional advice from a doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare provider
- Do not constitute a diagnosis, therapy recommendation, or encouragement for self-medication
- Should not be used as the basis for health-related decisions without medical consultation
Rating System
The "Medical Score" and "Community Score" are not medical evaluations but AI-powered structured summaries:
- Medical Score: Based on the automated evaluation of publicly available scientific publications (RCTs, meta-analyses, reviews). The evaluation is partly performed by AI and may contain errors.
- Community Score: Based on AI-powered evaluation of publicly available user experiences from forums and social media. These reports are subjective and not clinically validated.
Interactions
The interactions displayed in the Stack Builder are based on published scientific sources that have been partly captured and structured automatically by AI. The database does not claim completeness. The absence of a displayed interaction does not mean that no interaction exists.
Always consult a qualified doctor before taking dietary supplements or peptides, especially:
- In cases of pre-existing conditions
- During pregnancy or breastfeeding
- When taking concurrent medications
- For minors
