1. Data Collection and Research Substance profiles in the knowledge base are partly created using AI systems (including Claude by Anthropic, Gemini by Google). The AI systems research, structure, and summarize scientific publications and community experience reports. All AI-generated content undergoes an automated quality assurance process (schema validation, source verification, review pipeline).

2. Generative Recommendations and Analyses SupStaq uses AI models to create personalized recommendations and analyses based on user-provided data (health goals, blood values, stack composition). These include:

• Goal-based blood value recommendations (which markers should be tested)
• Interaction analyses between substances in the stack
• Substance recommendations based on user profile and laboratory values (planned, Premium)
• AI-powered stack analysis (gaps, redundancies, cofactors, planned, Premium)

3. Transparency Notice AI-generated content and recommendations are to be understood as such and in no case replace professional advice from a doctor or pharmacist. The ratings (Medical Score, Community Score) are not medical diagnoses but AI-powered summaries of publicly available information. Despite careful quality assurance, AI-generated content may contain errors, incompleteness, or outdated information.
